Vocamini is an all-in-one management platform for sports clubs: a web dashboard and an iOS and Android app that work from the same information. Anyone the club gives access to, from directors to families, uses it with their own role.
Which sports is it for?
Vocamini is designed for football, basketball, hockey, handball, rugby and other team sports clubs.
Can it replace the team’s WhatsApp groups?
For what matters, yes. Call-ups include venue, time and attendance confirmation, messages reach players, families or coaches by team, and everything stays in the app instead of getting lost in a chat.
How do call-ups work?
Coaches call players up for a match or a training session with the venue, time and weather forecast. Players and families confirm in the app, and coaches can set a deadline for replies.
Can several people manage the same player or team?
Yes. A player can have several linked accounts, for example one for each parent, and a team can have several coaches. One coach can also run several teams.
Which devices and languages are supported?
The app is on the App Store and Google Play, and the dashboard runs in the browser with nothing to install. Vocamini is available in Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.
